Low cost reliable
Low cost reliable internet without the hard sell to bundle or upgrade. I don’t know about their response to problems because I have not had any problems at all. I’ve been a customer for almost a year.

Great experience
Great experience from sign-up to installation to download. Liked onshore customer service. Installer didn't leave until he'd made sure Internet worked with all my devices. Download speed is within the quoted parameters. I am a very satisfied customer.
